Buyer side, since before it was a business model
We represent homebuyers into new construction across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, and built the newsletter BC buyers read every week.
Two sides of the same market
For buyers
Pricing, floor plans, deposit structures and availability on every active development. The things developers hold behind a registration wall, sent over without the runaround.
For developers
Project marketing and tempo campaigns across the Lower Mainland, plus private events run with project marketing teams. Access to an audience that is already in the market.
The Presale Weekly
Rate moves, promos that never get advertised, projects in trouble, and what is actually happening in Canadian new construction. One email, Tuesday mornings.
Early access, when access was scarce
We have run private events for several developers and project marketing teams, giving our clients first look at homes during periods when getting in early actually mattered. That relationship is the whole point. Developers release to people who bring real buyers, and we have spent years being that person.
It also means we see pricing before it is public, and we know when a project is quietly moving on price. That is what ends up in the newsletter.
Looking at something specific?
Send over what you are considering and we will come back with the pricing, the floor plans and the catch.
