What this site is

PresaleVancity publishes information about presale and new construction homes across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. It is an information and referral service operated by a licensed real estate representative of Oakwyn Realty Encore.

Accuracy

Pricing, availability, promos, floor plans and completion dates come from developers, public sources and our own records. They change without notice and may be out of date by the time you read them. Nothing on this site is a guarantee, an offer, or a substitute for the developer’s disclosure statement.

Always verify directly with the developer and review the disclosure statement before making any decision.

Using the site

You may browse, save and share listings for your own personal use
You may not scrape, copy or republish our data, images or written content, by any automated means or in bulk
You may not use the site to send unsolicited marketing or to gather contact details
Images and renderings belong to their respective developers and are shown for reference

Third party links

We link to developer sites, government pages and other resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they publish.

If you create an account, we record which projects you save and view, and we may use that to tailor how we follow up with you. You can ask us to delete this at any time.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored in our CRM and email systems and are shared only with service providers who help us operate, such as our database, email and messaging platforms. We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to developers unless you have asked us to register you for a specific project.

Where it is stored

Our database and email providers store data on servers located in the United States. By using the site you consent to your information being processed outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Marketing messages

If you contact us we may reply by phone, text or email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and every automated text includes an opt out. You can also just tell us to stop and we will.
